The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven. The nearest airport is Tamarindo Airport, 13 km from the holiday home. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All deposits are nonrefundable. If medical reasons or Special emergencies prevent guest(s) from travelling, money on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to book a future date. Future rentals may or may not be the same value depending on availlability and season. Check-ins after 6:00 PM will have an extra charge of $20 USD.
