The modern and stylishly furnished apartment consists of a separate bedroom with TV and wardrobe as well as a living room with dining area, sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The town centre, Lagunenbad baths, ice rink, playground and adventure golf are all within a few minutes walk. The cross-country ski runs in winter begin almost directly in front of the house. There are also 2 childrens playgrounds nearby, each just 500 metres away. Guests at the Fewo am Stryckteich can use a parking space directly at the property. The living room has a door and is not a walk-through room, ensuring an undisturbed sleep for the 3rd guest. The sleeping chair also means guests do not have to make up the sofa bed. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the property with all information about the check-in and key transfer. 20% prepayment is to be transferred immediately after booking. The remaining balance, security deposit and tourist tax must also be paid at least 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, the landlord will try to rent the property to someone else. If this is successful, the cancellation fee will be EUR 50. If a further rental is not successful, 80% of the total price is to be paid as a cancellation. Please note that no loud parties are allowed.
