This family-run Haus Wilhelma in Leipzig is quietly located near the Zoo and beside a tram line that runs between the Main Station and the Leipzig Trade Fair every 10 minutes. It offers a large courtyard and garden. The property consists of deluxe apartments, closed accommodation units. Each apartment has a TV and fully equipped kitchen. Haus Wilhelma in Leipzig has a garden house where guests are welcome to play table tennis and darts. Basketball and badminton can be played in the courtyard, and barbecue facilities are also available. This accommodation is quiet and also offers WiFi access and a work desk. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isnt provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a tourism fee amounting to a maximum of EUR 3 per person per day is charged directly at the property. The day of arrival and the day of departure are treated as a single day in regard to the tourism fee. For each apartment a balcony has been newly erected on the south side and can be accessed from the kitchen.
