With ski-to-door-access, the holiday house is 500 metres from the centre of Hintertux, providing free WiFi, ski storage and private on-site parking. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the house every morning.

Children can have fun on the playground, and there are numerous hiking and cycling trails passing the Maximilian Family Lodge. A supermarket is 150 metres away, and the nearest restaurant is 100 metres away. A local bus stop is 150 metres away.
