Dublin 1 Apartments

Our main building is an old Georgian building on Middle Abbey St. We also have a satellite building around the corner on Lower Liffey St and a funky apt called Ottos Place in Temple Bar. A total of 12 different listings, all in the heart of Dublin. In the heart of Dublin city centre, Dublin 1 offers modern one and two bedroom apartments. The vibrant Temple Bar district is a 2-minute walk away and features a variety of pubs and restaurants. Free Wi-Fi is provided in each apartment.

Dublin 1 Apartments feature a spacious living room with double sofa bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. A microwave, stove and fridge are provided in the fully equipped kitchen. Fresh linen and towels are included, as well as a hairdryer, iron and washing machine. These uniquely decorated apartments are situated either in the main building (without a lift), or a modern apartment building just around the corner.

Connolly Train Station, shopping centres and Grafton Street are all within walking distance. The Jameson distillery can be reached via a 10-minute stroll along the River Liffey. The Guinness Storehouse is 5 tram stops away from the apartments. Please inform Dublin 1 Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that the deposit charged at time of arrival is a security deposit. It will be refunded at the time of departure if no damage to the apartment occurred.
