Dovercourt Village Mews

This self-catering apartment is located in Toronto. It is 10 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Bloor Street West, including both Bloorcourt and Bloordale Villages, commemorated in the film The World in Ten Blocks. The kitchen includes a full stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and cutlery are also provided. Towels and bed linens are available at no extra cost. Weekly cleaning is included. There is nowhere to store bikes at the property but parking for vehicles can be arranged. A staff person will meet with you to check you in. It is not possible to do self-check-in at our property. Once checked in, you will be provided with the door code. We are fully licensed by the City of Toronto to provide accommodation for short term rentals; however, this means guests cannot use our address to receive mail while staying here. We will be happy to suggest options for receiving mail at local suppliers to any long-stay guests. Dovercourt Village Mews is 850 metres from Ossington Subway Station. Downtown Toronto is 4 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Dovercourt Village Mews in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: Parties are not permitted at the property. Also, due to the fire code, the occupancy level is strictly for 2 persons at all times.
