Please note that the building has steep staircases. They are not suitable for those who have trouble walking.

We expect the accommodation back after check-out in the same condition as you received it at check-in. For cleaning food and other personal mess, an additional minimum cleaning fee of EUR 100,00 will be calculated.

The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time. Also for last minute bookings. A proof of payment alone will not be accepted. If the deposit payment is not received on the propertys bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show. A fee of 19.95 per day will be charged for (normal) daily electricity and gas consumption (19 degrees Celsius) In case of higher gas consumption due to heating above 19 degrees an additional fee of 17.50 per day will be charged.

Please note that the Rooftop is not standard included. The rooftop is private and can be booked for an additional fee when possible. Minimum fee of the rooftop is EUR 55.00 pro day and must been payed before check-in.
