CROSSROADS is a very private self contained ground floor room in the Annex that sleep two adults, the entrance is directly off your patio with patio furniture in summer, we are directly opposite the park & a short walk down to the sea front, it is a let yourself in at any time you wish after 4pm the key is in the key box, you do not have to enter the main house at any time, FOR YOUR COMPLETE PRIVACY WE NEVER ENTER THE PROPERTY WHILST YOU STAY, the room consists of an En-suite with a 40" x 26" walk in shower & sliding door w.c & w.h.b with towel, a double bed with reading lights above 2 soft chairs & tables, a hair dryer over a shelf & mirror above, a flat screen t.v a wardrobe with fitted shelving, central heating. In the other end of the room is a selection of complimentary factory packed breakfast foods such as Kelloggs cereals, croissants, porridge, a selection of packed juices, fruit pots, tea bags & a selection of fruit teas, coffee & milk in the fridge, there is also a kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery & cutlery. Private car park with gates as seen on the advert for just your car. We have CCTV to all areas of the property & security lights, We are just off the town centre & the sea front, in the town are various takeaways & food shops.
