This is a modern and bright apartment complex that was built in 2010 and comprises 7 units in total. Large gardens and spacious terraces surround the finca's buildings.

Each apartment is bright and well equipped. All of them offer exceptional views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains of the village. They provide a full-sized fridge and cooking equipment for making meals, as well as a kettle, toaster and filter-coffee machine in the kitchen. The apartments all have a sofa-bed in the kitchen/sitting area. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also an ironing set for added convenience. Individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating are standard features in all accommodation units. Each room also has a terrace.
