With views of Val DOrcia and the Crete Senesi area, rustic apartments are equipped with a TV, a seating area and a kitchen including a fridge. Some have a dishwasher. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. Washing machine is available at a fee for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Private parking is on site. The property is 7 km from Torrenieri and a 30-minute drive from Montepulciano. Siena is reachable by car in 1 hour. Please inform Cosona in advance of your expected arrival time. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 03 Oct 2022 until Fri 19 May 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in comes on request and at extra cost.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport and is located in a countryside road.
Shared laundry facilities are available for stays of 5 nights or longer.
Please note that the pool is open from 31 May until 30 September.
