This apartment complex is located in a peaceful area of Puerto Rico in the south of Gran Canaria. The complex offers wonderful views out over the bay and the sea. The nearest beach is a mere 1 km away and there is a bus stop located 100 m from the complex. The complex was built in 1999 and has a total of 50 apartments. Facilities include a foyer and a restaurant. In addition, there is a laundry service available as well as a car park. The simple apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, a safe and a fridge. The apartment complex is linked to the adjoining complex and it is possible to use the swimming pool with pool bar that can be found there as well as to enjoy the entertainment programme that is put on.
