A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Arrival outside of check-in times is only possible upon arrangement with the property before arrival.

Please note that one parking space is available in the garage underneath the building. The space is 1.78 metres tall and 2.15 metres wide. One free parking pass is also provided for the Saint-Michel public car park, located 450 metres from the property.
