Bendigo Tramways and the Golden Dragon Museum are both 5 minutes drive away. The 5 bedroom with 3 bathroom, air-conditioned house has a dining area, outdoor seating and spacious living areas. There is a lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Bendigo Holiday Accomodation will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please inform Cobb & CoHouse -Luxury Large Home BendigoCBD in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking for 1-2 guests, you will have access to the 1st queen room with an en suite bathroom and the living, kitchen and dining area in the home. When booking for 3-4 guests, you will have access to the 2nd queen room and en suite bathroom. When booking for 5-6 guests, you will have access to the 3rd room, which has 2 single-sized beds or a queen-sized bed as well as access to the main bathroom and laundry. When booking for 7-10 guest you will have access to all 5 bedrooms and the 2nd living room. Please note that you will not be sharing the holiday home with any other guests, no matter how many guests there are included in your booking. Rooms will be locked off accordingly. Please note that housekeeping is provided every 7th day of your stay. Please note that the property requires an AUD 50 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
