Located in the heart of Mount Gambier, City One Apartment is a luxury, 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment with direct access from a secure garage. Guests can use the barbecue facilities on the private outdoor area. In this self-contained apartment, you will find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath. There is an open plan kitchen with a gas stove top, an electric oven, full-sized refrigerator and both pots and pans. The living area has a leather couch and a TV with internet access. Free WiFi is included. City One Apartment is 7 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and a range of fast-food outlets. Mount Gambier Community RSL is 9 minutes walk away and Oatmill Cinema Complex is 11 minutes walk away. For your convenience, laundry facilities, including a washing machine and a tumble dryer, is provided or you can use the 24-hour laundry service, available on weekdays. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that the 24-hour laundry service is available from Monday-Friday, excluding certain Public Holidays and certain dates. Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and 1 bathroom only. An additional charge of $30 per person, per night will apply for use of the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed. Maximum occupancy is 4. This is a private apartment. You will not be sharing with any other guests, even if booking for only 2 guests.
