You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests checking into dormitory style accommodation must have full size backpackers luggage which is 65L or above. Please note that guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. The hostel does not accept bookings from stag/hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability. There is a 1% charge for payments which are AUD 150 or more which are paid with a credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
