The property is also a 2-minute walk from the town centre where you can enjoy shopping and dining. The house decorated in a unique retro beach style, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities. There is a patio with an outdoor entertaining area. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player and laundry. The weekly Thursday Farmers Market and Monthly Byron Market (1st Sunday) is only one street away. So you can gran all your fresh produce and shopping then kick back and relax in your beautiful yard. Charlies Beach House is also just a 5-minute walk to The Arts Factory and Byron Bay Brewery. Please inform Charlies Beach House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
