Located in Surfers Paradise, Centrepoint Resort is a 5-minute walk from the beach. All apartments offer large balconies, with panoramic views of the ocean or garden. The resort is a short walk from shops, restaurants and nightlife options.

Accommodation at Centrepoint is modern and spacious and offers a well-equipped kitchen and expansive living area.

Centrepoint Resort features a heated indoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor swimming pools. There is also a tennis court, games room and BBQ area.

Centrepoint offers free private parking. Sea World, Movie World, Dreamworld and Wet n Wild are a short drive away from the hotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
