A damage deposit of BRL 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that Casa Genoveva is rented to 1 group at a time. All price are based on minimum of 2 people sharing a bedroom. In case of a smaller number of people, the bedrooms not used, will be locked. The rest of the house with all its facilities will be at guests full disposal.
