All deposits are nonrefundable. If medical reasons or Special emergencies prevent guest(s) from travelling, money on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to book a future date. Future rentals may or may not be the same value depending on availlability and season. Check-ins after 6:00 PM will have an extra charge of $20 USD.
