A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in takes place from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out should take place before 10:30.

If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform the property in advance. Late check-in carries a EUR 50 surcharge.

When you arrive, please call the property on the number on the booking confirmation to arrange key collection.

Bed-linen and towels are not included in the price.You can bring your own or rent them onsite for the following supplements:
Towels: EUR 6 per person per stay
Bed linen: EUR 6 per bed per stay

Please note that guests with pets will always have to pay the cleaning fee.
