Campomanus has a bright living room with a fireplace and TV, which opens onto a covered dining terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. Upstairs there is 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Downstairs there is another twin bedroom and another bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. Spread over 2 floors, this property offers 2 separate private entrances. Dining options and shops can be found by the harbour, while you will find a supermarket at the end of the road. Both Altea La Vieja and Calpe are a 10-minute drive away and offer a range of services. The property has 2 parking places on site. Please inform Campomanus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 49.98 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in after 20:00 and until 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.
