Edinburghs shops, theatres, restaurants and bars are 5 minutes walk away. Guests can easily reach Edinburgh Castle, 1.5 miles away, and the Royal Yacht Brittania, 2 miles from the property.

Each apartment has a lounge with 43 inch flat screen Smart TV, a large sofa, armchair, a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/drier, microwave, toaster, full stove and and oven with integral grill, as well as kitchenware.

Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided on arrival. The bathroom features a bath, a rainfall power shower and free toiletries. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. All linen and towels supplied and housekeeping service provided for stays over 5 nights. This is not location of apartments, which are part of a private residential development and do not have their own reception. Apartments are a 10-minute walk to nearby Annandale Street (EH7 4AZ), directions provided at time of confirmation and at check-in.

Please note: Abbey Hotel does not have a 24-hour reception and do not have night staff and as a result are unable to accommodate late check-ins.
