Bay Apartments

Bay Apartments offer a range of apartments and houses in Swanseas Maritime Quarter and City Centre, and surrounding suburbs.

The properties are individually styled and decorated. All properties are equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator, kitchenware and tea/coffee. Towels are provided in most properties or available for rental. Free toiletries and bed linen are also provided.

WiFi and parking are available in some properties.

Swansea Rail Station is less than a 10 minute drive from the office and guests can find a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the properties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Written agreement is required if more than the maximum number of persons stated in the property particulars occupy a property. The property reserves the right to refuse admittance, revoke, or refuse any bookings from parties which may be unsuitable for the property. Guests are responsible for the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the guests. Cost of such damages shall be redeemable on demand. Should the guests pay by credit card, any damages or breakages inflicted shall be deductible from the account. Please note the property does not accept cash payments. Please note that all properties vary in standard and are located in different areas of the Marina.
