A fully fitted kitchen complete with an oven, microwave and dining area are featured in each Base Serviced apartment, as well as a lounge area. A welcome pack with essentials is also provided to all guests. A wide selection of restaurants can be found on City Road, as well as in Chester city centre.

The Forum Shopping Centre, Chester Cathedral and the railway station are all within a 10-minute walk of the property, and Chester Racecourse can be reached in a 5-minute drive. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

On Saturdays the property operates on a self check-in basis after 15:00.

Guests will be asked to email the hotel a copy of their photo ID.

Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorisation.

Please note that The Cellar pub is located underneath the property. Please note that it is open late on Friday and Saturdays, until 02:30.
