Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. The name on the photo identification needs to be the same on the credit card used for the booking. The credit card used for the booking must also be presented. A security deposit of GBP 800 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is refunded upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note check in after 19:00 has to be confirmed by the property otherwise your booking cannot be guaranteed.

Please note the property has a strict non-party policy and should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged.

Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. Parties, loud music, noise, pets and smoking are strictly forbidden.

Children can be accommodated but the maximum number of guests allowed should not be exceeded. Please send the names and date of birth of each guest to management upon booking.
