About This Hotel

Our B&B is located in a residential area at approximately 1 km. from downtown Ispra: it is a wooded area overlooking Lake Maggiore. In the woods we have obtained two terraces fitted with table and chairs, that most of our guests enjoy to use just to have a snack or a drink while reading a book or working on their computers, and a path connecting the two areas. From the garden, between the trees, you will see the lake: in fact our property extends all the way to the lake shore, but we have chosen to build a fence across the garden to keep people from going in the lower portion of our property, as it is to steep and not safe. We have lived in this house, with the exception of periods spent abroad, practically from my childhood. Of course this house is my refuge, I would not live anywhere else. In the house with me lives my father Giovanni, who is the initiator of the B&B, and my three kids Valentina, Pietro and Andrea: you will probably hear them when they are chatting and playing. Ispra is not far from Milano, a city that many of our guests want to visit and that can be reached by car or by train, leaving from one of the railway stations located at a short distance from Ispra Surrounded by woodland, B&B Tana Della Volpe offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and a furnished garden overlooking Lake Maggiore. It is located around 1 km from the town of Ispra. Fitted with wooden furniture, rooms are simply decorated and feature cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Breakfast includes prepackaged products. Guests can enjoy free mineral water and soft drinks in the outdoor dining area, where they can also eat and relax during warm weather. Tana Della Volpe B&B is a 40-minute drive from Milan Malpensa Airport. Nearby attractions like the town of Stresa and the Borromean Islands can be reached by local boats departing from Ispra.
