A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A safety deposit of 100 EUR will be pre-authorized on the guests credit card. This amount will be released after check-out, required that no damages have been made.

Please note that a late check-in fee of EUR 30 applies after 18:00. It is not possible to check-in after 22:00 hours.
