In case of last minute notification it can take up to an hour for the villa manager to arrive at the property. Please note that luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is not provided. Kindly note that electronic and virtual cards are not accepted. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests.
