Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note the below house rules:
1. Cooking is not allowed
2. Outside chef/Maharaj/DJ not allowed
3. Footwear not allowed inside the villa
4. Refundable security deposit INR 5000 cash must be handed over to the caretaker at the time of check in.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa
6. Do not leave children unattended around the pool, balcony and terrace. Management will not be held responsible for any mishap or accidents
7. Drugs are strictly prohibited, you would be evacuated immediately in case you are found using prohibited substances
8. Music allowed inside the villa only (which does not include the terrace). Music timing 10.30 pm
9. Food, alcohol, beverages or any breakable and perishable articles are not allowed anywhere near the pool
10. Pool timings are 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. No drinking inside the pool. No diving.
11.Drivers and other staff accompanying the guests will be accommodated in the stilt area (Applicable charges are INR 350 per person )
12. Please carry your own personal toiletries and towels.
13. Lifts shall be used by the staff only (senior citizen on request). Guests are not permitted to use the lift.
14. Pets are not allowed
