Lagrange Vacances Le Scarlett et Les Soleillades is located in Palavas-les-Flots, 300 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the town centre and shops. The residence includes 3-4 story apartment blocks and semi detached holiday homes. All are equipped with a kitchenette with mini-oven or microwave, a terrace or small garden, and a TV is available at an additional cost. The residence provides a free car park which can be accessed by guests according to availability. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Piscine #1 is closed from Thu 07 Sept 2023 until Sun 28 Jul 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The the pool is open from late June to early September depending on the weather. Please note that there are two buildings, the entrance can be found at the Scarlett residence. Reception Opening Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 10:00-12:00. The reception is closed on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that energy fees are not charged in July and August. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additionnal week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. The costs related to energy are not included in the indicated rates, the flat rate charged will be according to the period.
