Set 200 metres from the centre of Rosolina Mare, Appartamento Capri is a 5-minute walk from the closest beach. This property offers apartments with a balcony and a terrace located in a residential complex. Each fitted with a fireplace on the private terrace, the upper-floor apartments feature a living/dining area with kitchenette, flat-screen TV and bathroom with a shower. In summer, an outdoor pool with terrace set in the residential complex is available. Sessions in the pool be booked on site. Capri Apartments are a 20-minute drive from the town of Chioggia. Please inform Appartamento Capri in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 30 per week when used. Please note use of the outdoor pool is on request and at extra costs.
