With an equipped terrace, the apartments are equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The private bathroom comes with a shower and bidet.

Villasimius is a 25-minute drive from Belvedere Appartamenti, while San Vito is 28 km away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that air conditioning comes at a surcharge based on consumption.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges:
