The ground level features a lounge with 2 sofa beds and a TV, as well as an open-plan kitchen and a terrace. The upper floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with views of the countryside and Sant Ferran town. All apartments share an outdoor barbeque area. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:30 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:30 to 00:15, EUR 40; Check-in after 00:15 is not possible.
