Gran Canaria International Airport is approximately 30 km from the complex. This complex comprises 80 one-room apartments, each with its own balcony. The apartments each comprise 1 bedroom with a balcony, en suite bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge, a sitting room with a sofa-bed, as well as a television and a safety deposit box (extra charge). There is an outdoor swimming pool for adults as well as a separate paddling pool for children.
