This apartment complex is located in a quiet street in the tourist centre of Corralejo. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, links to the public transport network, and the beach are all located within walking distance. From the hotel it is roughly 65 km to Puerto del Rosario Airport.

This complex comprises a total of 87 accommodation units and welcomes guests in the lobby area with a 24-hour reception service, safes and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include a bar, a TV lounge, and an Internet access. The room service and a launderette facility can also be taken advantage of.
