All apartments are thoroughly clean, fully furnished and well equipped. The rate includes use of water, electricity and gas, bed linen and weekly change of linen. The apartments can host up to 6 people. The many facilities at the property include an outdoor swimming pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sunshine. Apartamentos Jademar is close to the Illes Medes, a marine fauna and flora reserve, considered one of the most important in the western Mediterranean, and nice restaurants serving typical local cuisine are found nearby as well. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 4 per person or bring their own. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: CEIGRUP TORRENT API (Avenida de Grecia, 20), 17258 LEstartit. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge.
