This nice furnished holiday home enjoys a good location, midway between Moraira and Calpe resorts, just 2 minutes drive from La Fustera beach, supermarket and restaurants.

The house has extended gardens and a large patio around the pool and house. Entering through a covered patio, you reach a large living/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Located within walking distance of Els Pinets cove, the house also features a separate apartment behind it, which includes a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. Central heating is available for the cooler winter months. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, key collection is possible during the following hours:

-From 1st of April until 31st of October: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 19:00.
-From 1st of November until the 31st of March: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00.
