When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom. The Property is walking Distance from Kerikeri Inlet . Guests have the use of the Dining Area and a Balcony with sea Views . As a Bed and Breakfast we provide a Continental Breakfast . Use of the Microwave and Barbeque are available on request. All other cooking Facilities are not available to Guests. Access to the Bay of Islands new Boat Ramp Inlet Road less that 1 Km from Alder Rocs B & B .plenty of Space for boat vehicle and Trailer . Cycling can be enjoyed nearby . Kemp House and Stone Store 14km from the B & B .kerikeri Postoffice 10kms and Bay of Islands Airport 16kms . We only Rent our Rooms out to up to two Guests (Own Toilet and Bathroom) or A Family (2-4) Shared Toilet and Bathroom ) Or a Group of Friends (2-4) ( shared Toilet and bathroom) This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
