These apartments are located in the historic centre of Barcelona, a short walk from the Ramblas. The apartments are equipped with all modern comforts so that you can enjoy a highly private or independent atmosphere, whether you are booking a stay with the family or a group of friends. The building itself has a lift and a magnificent terrace for communal use where you can organise barbeques or simply relax in the middle of the city. You can easily visit the nearby Gothic Quarter that is only a few minutes on foot from the city port and beach front. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform AinB Las Ramblas-Guardia Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Check-in details: All guests are required to contact the apartments by telephone 30 minutes prior to arrival (the contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site). The car park is located at: Carrer de les Carretes, 45 08001 Barcelona. It has an extra cost of EUR 20 per day, and is payable on arrival. For arrivals before 15:00 we can store the luggage free of charge. Arrivals after 00:00 must call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The telephone number can be found on the booking confirmation. The cleaning of the apartments is made prior to the arrival of each guest. Before departure, is required to leave the apartment in good condition.
