The property has 48 hotel rooms of different types and 80 apartments divided into one, two and three room apartments.
Surrounded by a vast garden, the Ai Pozzi includes a padel court, billiards, a mini market and playground.
Fully soundproofed, guest rooms come with a safe, a 32" LCD TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Guests enjoy a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast every morning.
The Village is 1.5 km from the partner beach, by reservation for a fee . Loano centre and Train Station are a 15-minute walk away.
At the SPA you can take advantage of beauty treatments for the body (face - hands - feet) and massages. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that from May to September you have free access to the outdoor swimming pool (use of the swimming pool is only allowed when wearing the compulsory swimming cap - available on sale at reception).
The padel court is available all year round, subject to weather conditions.
Please note that the private beach area will be available until the end of September.
