A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the pool is open from May until September, and is 100 metres from the villa. Pool towels are available on request.
Please note that an extra charge for the heating or the air conditioned will be added with the cost of 0.60 euro for kW/h, in base of consumption, if used.
