The property is 5 minutes drive to the townships of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. The bike path along Swan Bay and Queenscliff beaches is only minutes away, and the famous Bellarine Train can be viewed from the lounge or bedrooms. This air-conditioned holiday home features 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, a dining setting, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet. Younger guests can enjoy the childrens play house and trampoline. Free on-site parking is provided. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
