Holiday Villa Orenetes 14 is located in a quiet, residential area of Calpe, 5 minutes drive from Levante Beach. This villa has a terrace with a pool and a covered outdoor dining area.

The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms. The lounge-diner has sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace. The kitchen includes an oven, hob and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a barbecue and a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. There is also parking space for several cars.

Orenetes 14 is 500 metres away from the nearest supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Benidorm is 35 minutes drive away, and you can get to Alicante in around 50 minutes. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Abahana Villas will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the booking. Guests can bring their own or rent them through the agencys trusted provider: Hire-Bedlinen. You must pay the total amount of the booking before arrival and Abahana Villas will send you all the necessary information to do so. After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the establishment, including the address and the office where you can collect the keys from.
