A Beautiful Flat Byron Bay is only minutes walk from bars and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive from Belongil Beach and Tallow Beach. Cape Byron Lighthouse is 10 minutes drive away.

The apartment offers a dining area, 2 bathrooms and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and sofa. The patio offers outdoor furniture and a seating area. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that A Beautiful Flat does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Guests under the age of 21 an only check in with a parent. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy.
